“Pursuit of Brilliance” is the theme of Mentorship Programme 2022. Thriving into a new normal, everyone has been striving for excellence under the gloomy global economy. People have been making concerted efforts to innovate, create and sustain their businesses. This has reinforced the belief in surrounding ourselves with brilliance.
In this programme, we provide you with a golden opportunity to be enlightened by eminent business professionals and students from 10 local universities. Not only broadening your social network, but also inspiring you to capture more possibilities and embrace the new normal.
Embark on the Mentorship Journey
Mentorship Programme 2022 will be organised for more than 20,000 business undergraduates across 10 local universities in Hong Kong. Stepping into the 20th year of the Programme’s legacy, we aim to inherit the great success in the past years and to ensure our Mentees can learn the most by joining the Programme. More importantly, we are honoured to have Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) and HKGCC Young Executives Club (HKGCCYEC) to be our Strategic Partners this year and deliver a more holistic mentorship programme for our participants.
Throughout the Programme, one senior executive will be assigned to each participant as a mentor, mentees will be able to explore their career pathways with the advice offered by business professionals. Apart from the Executive Forum for Elites, Job Shadowing Programme, Executive Talks & Workshops, and regular updates on internship opportunities, mentees would gain exclusive access to the Grand Opening Ceremony and future networking sessions.
