Workshop Series – LATTE ART WORKSHOP
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This brand-new workshop is co-organized by Hong Kong Federation of Business Students (HKFBS) and Café R&C.
During the workshop, the professional baristas will reveal the story behind of latte art, coffee and textured milk. It offers you a chance to learn the appreciation of lifestyle and coffee as well as understand more about steaming and latte art through the hands-on experience and coaching. With the seasonal joy of Christmas, you can even learn and create your artistic latte art pattern and the special Christmas Edition design.
Café R&C is the local western bakery coffee shop, with the high ranking in food and restaurant guides website, the nomination of OpenRice Best Restaurant Award as well as the recommendations of bloggers and YouTubers. It is famous for its signature, Green tea latte with different patterns of Disney and cartoon characters.
Workshop Objectives:
On completion of this workshop, participants will have ideas of: The basic knowledge of Coffee and the basic techniques of Latte Art.
