First Round Interview
Interview workshop will be conducted in the first assessment in which interviewees will need to deal with a business case.

Second Round Interview
Individual interview will be conducted in the second assessment in which interviewees will be asked a variety of questions to examine their abilities.

V-Pro Campaign
Video Promotion Campaign will be held after the Second Round Assessment. Finalists will shoot a video to promote HKOBSA 2013.

Internal Evaluation
The Evaluation Committee panel will review and assess the performances of the candidates comprehensively to select 9 Hong Kong Outstanding Business Students from each university to enter the final assessment.

The Youth Business Elites Forum & Prize–giving Ceremony
Youth Business Elites Forum – the Final Round Assessment will be held during the ceremony. The Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up will be announced at the end of the ceremony.
