The theme of Mentorship Programme 2021 is “Treasure in Disguise”. Amid the pandemic and global economic turmoil, 2021 appears to be a challenging year for everyone. Lockdown of brick-and-mortar stores and decline in economic activities have made it a tough time for businesses. Despite that, there are many new opportunities on the horizon simultaneously. The most evident of which is the accelerated digital transformation that brings ground-breaking technology. The world has again proved us- where there is a will, there is a way. People are always able to navigate the ever-changing conditions and explore the “Treasure” in disguise.
In this programme, we provide you with a golden opportunity to be enlightened by eminent business professionals and students from 10 local universities. Not only broadening your social network, but also inspiring you to capture more possibilities and embrace the new normal.
Embark on the Mentorship Journey
Mentorship Programme 2021 will be organised for more than 20,000 business undergraduates across 10 local universities in Hong Kong. Stepping into the 19th year of the Programme, we will inherit the great success from past years and do even further to ensure our mentees can derive the most out of the Programme. This year, we are honoured to have the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC), HKGCC Young Executive Club (HKGCCYEC) and Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) to be our Strategic Partners and deliver a more holistic mentorship programme for our participants.
Throughout the Programme, one senior executive will be assigned to each participant as a mentor. Apart from the Executive Forum for Elites 2021, Job Shadowing Programme, Executive Talks & Workshops, and regular updates on internship opportunities, mentees would gain exclusive access to the Grand Opening Ceremony and future networking sessions. In addition, HKFBS, HKGCC, HKGCCYEC and FSDC will jointly issue a certificate for participants who consistently demonstrated a satisfactory performance throughout the Programme.
