Workshop Series - Coffee Tasting Workshop
This workshop is co-organized by Hong Kong Federation of Business Students (HKFBS) and Holly Brown Company Limited. It offers you an opportunity to learn the craft of Latte Art.
The baristas of Holly Brown are trained by World Barista Champions. Overseas experts are often invited to visit Holly Brown to update the brand on the latest coffee developments and skills. Holly Brown's ideal to is ensure their coffee is in line with the world-class standard.
The coffee tasting workshop will cover the following topic
- Learn the terminology baristas use when talking about latte art
- Learn some basic drawing in coffee skill
- Learn the skills you need to practice to free pour latte art
